F2001. Calibration Foils 0–1000µm (25, 50, 75, 125, 175, 250, 500, 750µm)

Calibration Foils for calibrating the Coating Thickness Meters.

Supplied in packs of eight in a protective wallet.

Calibration Certificate with traceability to UKAS is an optional extra.

Technical Specification:-

Each individual Calibration Foil is measured in the centre and the value is printed on the attached label.

Foil accuracy ±2%.

F2001 0–1000μm (25, 50, 75, 125, 175, 250, 500, 750μm),
F2002 0–40mils (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 20, 30mils),
F2003 0–2000μm (50, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000μm),
F2004 0–80mils (2, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80mils),
F2005 0–5.00mm (50, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000μm),
F2006 0–200mils (2, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 120mils),
F2007 1–20.0mm (5, 9.5, 15mm) and
F2008 1–800mils (200, 360, 600mils).

Special Range Calibration Foils can be supplied, made up of any 8 values as listed:

12µm , 25µm, 50µm , 75µm , 100µm , 125µm , 150µm , 175µm , 190µm , 200µm , 225µm , 250µm , 275µm , 300µm , 350µm , 375µm , 500µm , 625µm , 750µm , 1000µm , 1250µm , 1500µm , 2000µm , 3000µm. (values shown are nominal values.).
